Shipping Policy

At Beautify, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping timelines and delivery guidelines below.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days from the date of purchase.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number at the email address used during checkout.

If you have not received tracking by the 5th business day, please check your Junk or Spam folder. If you still do not see it, contact us through our Contact Form so our team can take a look.

If Your Order Has Not Shipped After 5 Business Days

If your order has not shipped by the 6th business day, our team will flag the delay and escalate it to our Fulfillment Team.

Please allow up to 3 additional business days for us to provide your tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 7–20 business days
International: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather, or high-volume shipping periods.

If Tracking Is Missing or Inactive

Sometimes tracking may not update immediately, even when your package is already moving.

This can happen because:

- The first scan may not occur until the package reaches a regional carrier hub.

- In some cases, tracking may not update until the package is close to delivery.

- Carrier tracking systems may experience delays.

- Some shipping services may provide limited tracking updates.

If your tracking appears inactive, your order may still be on schedule and moving through the shipping process.

If Your Order Is Past the Estimated Delivery Window

If your package has not arrived after 20 business days for U.S. orders or 25 business days for international orders, please allow up to 5 additional business days for delivery.

Most delayed packages arrive on or shortly after the estimated delivery window.

Extended Delays

If your order has not arrived after 30 business days for U.S. orders or 35 business days for international orders, please contact us through our Contact Form.

Our team will investigate the delay with our Fulfillment Team and provide an update within 2–5 business days.

How We Calculate Delivery Dates

Your estimated delivery date is calculated by adding the carrier transit time to your estimated ship date.

Transit time is counted in business days. Weekends and holidays may not count toward delivery time, depending on the carrier and shipping method.

Your final shipping details will be sent in your confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Free Shipping

Orders shipped with Free Shipping are estimated to arrive within 7–25 business days.

To keep free shipping available, we use the most cost-effective shipping method for your location. This may occasionally result in slightly longer processing or transit times, but your order should still arrive within the estimated delivery window.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping may be available on select orders, depending on your location and the shipping options shown at checkout.

If expedited shipping is available, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 7–15 business days
International: 10–20 business days

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Beautify is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, or your local carrier office.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us through our Contact Form and our team will do our best to help.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges required by your country.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may also cause additional delays outside of our control.
