60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind Beautify Bras. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery.
To qualify for the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
- Your return request must be submitted within 60 days of the delivery date.
- You must provide your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- Items must be returned in acceptable condition.
- Items must be clean, free from stains, odors, excessive wear, damage, pet hair, or signs of misuse.
- All approved returns must be shipped back within the timeframe provided by our support team.
- Returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back.
Beautify reserves the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet these conditions.

Once your request is reviewed, our support team will provide return instructions if your order qualifies.
Please do not send any items back without approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a confirmed defective item.
Original shipping fees, shipping protection, priority processing fees, and other checkout fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Refunds are only issued after the returned item has been received and inspected, unless our support team decides otherwise.
Items Not Eligible For Refund
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Items returned after the 60-day guarantee period
- Items sent back without approval
- Items that are stained, damaged, washed, altered, heavily worn, or have strong odors
- Items with missing parts, packaging, or included accessories, if applicable
- Orders with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Final sale items, clearance items, gift cards, or promotional items marked non-refundable
- Orders flagged for suspected fraud, abuse, or policy misuse
Sizing Disclaimer
Please check our size guide before ordering.
Beautify Bras are designed to provide lift, shaping, smoothing, and wireless support while worn. However, fit and results may vary depending on your body shape, bust size, band size, personal comfort preference, and how the bra is worn.
If the size you ordered does not fit as expected, you may still request a return under our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, as long as the item meets our return condition requirements.
If You Received the Wrong Item
Receiving the wrong item means you received something different from what you ordered on our website.
Examples that may qualify for a replacement or refund:
- You ordered a Beautify Bra but received a different product.
- You ordered one color but received a completely different color.
- You ordered one size but received a different size than what appears on your order confirmation.
If you believe you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- Three clear photos of the item from different angles
- A photo of the packaging or shipping label, if available
- A short explanation of the issue
If approved, we may send a replacement using the same shipping speed as the original order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To review your request, we may ask for:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- A photo of the packaging, if the package arrived damaged
- A short description of the problem
If approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the issue.
Minor differences in color, material texture, packaging, or appearance due to lighting, screen display, or normal manufacturing variation are not considered defects.
If Your Item Has Not Arrived After 30 Days
If your order has not been delivered after 30 business days from the shipment date, and tracking does not show “Delivered,” you may be eligible for a free replacement.
A new shipment will be created using the same shipping speed as the original order.
If tracking shows “Delivered,” please contact your local carrier or post office first, as the package may have been left with a household member, neighbor, building office, mailbox, parcel locker, or local delivery point.
Beautify is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check:
- Your mailbox
- Front door, porch, or delivery area
- Parcel locker
- Building reception or management office
- Neighbors or household members
- Your local carrier or post office
If the carrier confirms the package was delivered, we are unable to issue a refund or free replacement.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Beautify is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information.
If you notice an address mistake, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.
Order Cancellations
Orders may begin processing shortly after purchase.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return after delivery under our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee if eligible.
Fraud Prevention and Policy Abuse
Beautify reserves the right to deny refunds, replacements, or returns in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of this policy.
This may include, but is not limited to:
- Repeated refund requests
- Excessive return activity
- False claims of non-delivery
- False claims of damaged or incorrect items
- Altered, edited, or misleading photos
- Returning items that are not from Beautify
- Chargeback abuse
- Attempts to return used, damaged, stained, or tampered items
We may also refuse future orders from customers who abuse our return or refund policy.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not guarantee direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or color, please contact our support team. Depending on the situation, we may recommend returning your eligible item under the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee and placing a new order.
